I had following message exchange on Yahoo Groups and ask you to add a warning to this page, and possibly to the three following pages that make up the tour thru EiffelCom.
Note this: EiffelCOM is the only part of our offering on Windows that does not work properly with the MinGW compiler.

EiffelCOM is the only part of our offering on Windows that does not work properly with the MinGW compiler.
If you need to use COM, you have to install either the Microsoft SDK (which includes the Microsoft C compiler) or Visual Studio.

Microsoft compiler caution added.
A caution was added to the EiffelCOM wizard guided tour page explaining the requirement to use the Microsoft compiler when using EiffelCOM.
